SPATCO^® DEF Releases Portable Bulk DEF Transfer System with Weights and Measure Certification

Charlotte, NC - September 29, 2010 - SPATCO^®'s new Bulk DEF Transfer System offers easy and economical fluid dispensing and transfer for regional DEF distributors.  The compact skid is designed to sit in an existing box truck or on a small trailer, and can also be customized to fit specific needs. 

The bulk DEF Transfer System is equipped with the following standard features:

• Portable, with a compact footprint
• Gas or Diesel engine operation
• Weights and Measure certification
• Mechanical or Digital readout
• Manual resettable totalizer
• 5 micron filter
• 50' heavy duty chemical hose
• 12V system utilizes trucks power supply to run hose reel and automatic engine start
• Closed loop filling of drums, totes, or mini bulk tanks
• Dispensing/Transfer Flowrate = 40-75 GPM

The system has a Weights and Measures certified piston rotary meter and register by Total Containment Systems; one of the only meters manufactured to maintain the high standards of purity required for DEF (ISO 22241).
